In this episode Valerie jumps into the topic of meditation as the ABSOLUTELY mandatory key to finding peace in our journey out of burnout and into a life that is finally peaceful, meaningful, and purposeful. Here is a sad truth: most of us are kept hostage all day every day by our “neurotic roommate” (yes, that undisciplined drama-queen in our heads…our brain). And yet deep inside of each of us, there is a quiet, wise, clam, knowing “witnessing self” who has the potential to lead us to who we are here on Earth to become. Accessing this true self is the beginning of spiritual transformation and eventual healing from all things burnout.
